He is survived by: his significant other Robin MacGregor Smith; his sons, Josh Smith, Jeremy Smith, Arie'auna Smith, Avery'auna Smith and Jaxon Smith; and his siblings, Keith (Kathy), Roger (Norma), Johnny Shanks (April), Cindy Moore (Otis), Linda Goodlett (Kenny), Patricia Johnson (Don) and Chuey "Chew-Chew".
