She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter S. Pettrow and Elizabeth J. Pettrow; her husband John J. McCarthy; and her sister Marcella M. Bachmann. She is survived by: her daughter Linda J. McCarthy; her brother Albert C. Pettrow; Michael S. Adkins. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Thomas More Catholic Church (2506 Gulf Gate Dr, Sarasota, FL 34231). A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
