He was predeceased by: his wife Anna M. Schroeder. He is survived by: his son William F. Schroeder; his daughter-in-law Rebecca M. Schroeder of Jamison, PA; his daughter Joanne M. Huinker; his son-in-law Gary Huinker of Calmar, IA.; his grandchildren, Cory Huinker (Michele) of Waukon, IA, Jonathan Schroeder (Kasey) of Baltimore, MD and Lisa Kelly (Devin Kelly) of Ames, IA.; and his great grandchildren, Cody Huinker, Tristan Kelly, Graham Schroeder, Josephine Schroeder and Megan Huinker.

In lieu of flowers, those who wish to remember Francis may make a contribution to St. Martha's Church, Sarasota.
