He was predeceased by: his parents, James Herbert Underwood and Gloria Doris Chapman Underwood; and his brothers, Wesley Underwood, Gerald Underwood and Vernon Underwood.
He is survived by: his wife Dianne Underwood; his children, Alisa Foreman (Ken), Chris Underwood (Debbie) and Donna Miller (Roger); and his grandchildren, Blake, Lauren, Jacob and Amanda. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
