He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret. He is survived by: his father Joseph Pukatch; his wife Julia; his children, Luke (Katie) and Ava; and his siblings, Joseph, Karen (Roberto) and Jan. He is also survived by nieces, extended relatives and lifelong friends.
