She was predeceased by: her parents, Conway Cochran and Lennie Cochran (Winstead); her husband Robert C. Collins; and her siblings, Cassie Levin, Elvira Cochran and Bud Cochran.
She is survived by: her children, Jenny Collins (Drew Cummer), Robert Collins and Carl Collins (Caroline Yoder); her daughter-in-law Sandy Collins; her grandsons, Ryan Collins (Kristen) and Adam Collins (Brynn); and her great grandchild Quinly.
