She was predeceased by: her mother Johnnie Pearl Rainey; her siblings, Sheila, Tyrone and Curtis; her husband James Clark; and her grandparents, John and Armetta.
She is survived by: her children, Lathel Rainey, Sr., Emanuel Jones III and Stacey Wilson; her goddaughter Jacoba Morris; her father Eugene Dowling, Sr.; her stepmother Pat Dowling; and her siblings, Bobby of New York, Morris of Philadelphia, Eugene Dowling, Jr. of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Linda of Maryland, Shirley of New York and Sandra of New York. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; Inez also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and a multitude of other family members and friends.
