Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint James leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrie Nix and Arnold Nix. He is survived by: his sisters, Betty and JoAnn; his wife Nell; his sons, Jamey and Steve; and his grandchildren, Trenton, Tawni and Autumn.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Toale Brothers Funeral Home & Crematory - Colonial Chapel (40 N Orange Ave, Sarasota, FL 34236).
