The memory of Jeffrey A. Heath of Sarasota, Florida, who passed away on April 28, 2026 at the age of 75, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlotte Heath and Harold Heath; and his brother Bradley. He is survived by: his daughter Morgan Victoria; his wife Karen Bradley of Stamford, Connecticut.; his brother Carleton Heath; his half-siblings, Bret Heath (Shirley), Stuart Heath (Britt), Wendy Hardy (Brian) and Holly Heath; his siblings-in-law, Kathy Heath (Bradley), Mark Bradley, Scott Bradley (Lisa) and Steve Bradley (Richard); and his nieces and nephews, Tamara, Ryan, Mathew, Ben, Johanna, Melissa, Stephanie, Angelica, Sara, Tamryn and Morgan. He is also survived by 18 grandnieces and grandnephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center or Hospice Foundation of America.
