He was predeceased by: his parents, Geneva Cosby Hagerman Cuthbertson and Robert "Bob" Lee Cuthbertson (Bob); and his former wife Lynda Louise Smith Cuthbertson. He is survived by: his wife Alisa; his sons, Bryan and Christopher (Teresa); his stepchildren, Kellie Miller (David) and James Yates; and his sister Brenda "Dottie" Cantrell. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
