He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn Byrd and Ada Byrd (Street); his wife Barbara Ann Migliarese; and his son-in-law Butch Pietsch. He is survived by: his children, John "Randy" Byrd Jr. (Morton), Gina Pietsch and Anthony "Tony" Byrd (Tangie); and his brothers, Wade Byrd (Ellen) and Bruce Byrd (Sibyl). He is also survived by grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
