He is survived by: his sons, Tony Houfek (Carreen) and Steven Houfek (Laura); the mother of his children Connie; his grandchildren, Nathan Houfek, Alliana Disrud (Connor), Bradley Houfek, Megan Haller (Cole), Andy Houfek and Emma Houfek; his great grandchildren, Mason, Griffin and Allison Houfek; his close friend Pam Hart; and his siblings, Marcia Mussmann (Gary) and D. Jeffrey Houfek. He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews, many relatives and good friends.
