He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip S. Dunlap and Shirley H. Dunlap. He is survived by: his siblings, William H. Dunlap (Susan), Ann D. LeBourdais (Peter) and Robert E. Dunlap. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
