He is survived by: his children, John (Chrisy), Patrick, Michael (Sandy), Kevin (Ashley), Stephen Long (Krystyna) and Michelle Jorgensen (Chris); and his sisters, Carroll Boyer and Regina Anderson. He is also survived by extended family members, dear friends.
