He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth "Liz" Davis; his sister Jan Lewis (Hal); his half-siblings, Dianne Davis Tomlin (Jim) and Tom Davis (Becky); his uncle Ray Stewart; his nieces, Cassie Baird (Ben) and Carolyn Driskell (Matt); his nephew Chris Lewis; and his extended family, Kim Davis, Jessica Ripley (Barry) and Bekki Low. He is also survived by cousins—as well as many dear friends.
