We are sad to announce that on February 1, 2024, at the age of 87, John Thomas Almond of Sarasota, Florida, born in Indianapolis, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Thomas Almond to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl H. Almond and Doris B. Almond (James). He is survived by : his wife Margaret Almond (Peg) of Sarasota; and his daughters, Kay Zeitlin (Bob) and Kara Bumgarner (David) of Sarasota. He is also survived by four grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and a goddaughter.

In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Tidewell Hospice of Sarasota or the Sarasota National Cemetery.
