He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Minturn; his children, Dawn Minturn, Jodi Reitz, Shelly Marshall (David) and Troy Green; and his brother Jerry Minturn. He is also survived by 3 granddaughters, 9 Great grandchildren and many friends.
