He is survived by: his sons, William J. Fleming of Washington, D. C. and Andrew M.; his stepchildren, John Patneau (Jane) of Johns Island, S. C. and Shanna Otto (William); and his stepgranddaughter Tarah Faith of Kansas City. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
