He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Neipert (Lisa); his sons, Nicholas (Nic) and William (Billy); his granddaughter Laiyla (Angel); his siblings, Lynne Harvey (Kevin), Keith Oney (Karen) and Ronald Neipert Jr. (Cyndi); and his brother-in-law William Brooks James (Dale). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
