Levitan; his children, Ariella and Brian; his stepsons, Steve, Andrew and James Wolf; his grandchildren, Grace (Brian), Clayton, Paxton, Dashton (Steve), Max, Sarah (Andrew) and Maya (James); and his brothers, Jerome and Donald Levitan.
In lieu, of flowers the family prefers donations to the Woodstock Artist Association & Museum.
