He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Lentz and Ethel Lentz; and his sister Laura Lentz. He is survived by: his sisters, Linda and Nancy; his children, Cory (Brandy) and Erin (Joe Koehler); his grandchildren, Sierra, Brandon, Joey, Kaitlyn and Justin; and his great grandchildren, Dominique, Georgia, Aaron, Joey and Brooks. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, along with one special great-niece.
