He was predeceased by: his parents, Marian Pompey Clark and Lee Clark. He is survived by: his wife Belinda Taylor-Clark; his children, Anthony Clark Sarasota (Ahkea), Levicia "Jewell" Belinda Clark Miller (Corry), N. C., Ken, C. Waters, Jr. Bradenton (Tewanda "Nikki") and Korey A. Waters; his siblings, Carl Clark, Sr. (Evelyn), Georgia, Beverly Clark-Andrews Sarasota (Lemuel), Katheryn Clark-Ansley (Sarasota), Gary Bernard Clark, Sr. Sarasota (Artrice) and Nita Clark-Houston Sarasota (Jerome); his siblings' children, Chereece An, Kristin Clark, Alexis Ansley Benjamin (Gregory), Adrianne Ansley Bauder (Steve), Alyce Clark, Carl Clark, Jr. (Alaysha), Herman "Ricky" Ricardo of King Columbia, SC, Gary B. Clark, Jr. (Sable), Lemuel Andrews, Jr. (Mallory Szmanski) and Darren Andrews; and his aunts, Sandra Patty Butler (Sarasota) and Mary Sharon Owens (Virginia). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Trinity Christian Fellowship Center (1800 N East Ave STE 104, Sarasota, FL 34234).
