Waters, Jr. Bradenton (Tewanda "Nikki") and Korey A. Waters; his siblings, Carl Clark, Sr. (Evelyn), Georgia, Beverly Clark-Andrews Sarasota (Lemuel), Katheryn Clark-Ansley (Sarasota), Gary Bernard Clark, Sr. Sarasota (Artrice) and Nita Clark-Houston Sarasota (Jerome); his nieces and nephews, Chereece An, Kristin Clark, Alexis Ansley Benjamin (Gregory), Adrianne Ansley Bauder (Steve), Alyce Clark, Carl Clark, Jr. (Alaysha), Herman "Ricky" Ricardo of King Columbia, SC, Gary B. Clark, Jr. (Sable), Lemuel Andrews, Jr. (Mallory Szmanski) and Darren Andrews; and his aunts, Sandra Patty Butler (Sarasota) and Mary Sharon Owens (Virginia). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
