He was predeceased by: his wife Donna; his parents, Freda Bose (Reedy) and Lewis Bose (Dewey); and his brother George Bose. He is survived by: his children, Lewis Bose III (BJ), Anthony Bose (AJ), Traci Shaffer (Brad) and Dawn Thomas (Steve); his sisters, Barbara Bose Berry and Linda Bose Payne; and his stepdaughters, Cheryl Boeck (Dale) and Chris Koehler. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
