She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Haag and Helen Haag; her brother Harold; and her spouse Sidney Berkowitz. She is survived by: her daughters, Dr. Catherine Wheeler of Longboat Key, FL and Susan Sisk of Asheville, NC. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
