She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Bowers and Vina Bowers; and her siblings, Floyd Bowers Jr. and Gwendolyn Clark. She is survived by: her husband Neil H. Miller; her children, Nelia Miller, Melanie Gauthier (David), Julie Sea, Kevin Miller (Beth Ann), Thomas Miller (Gabriella) and Nolan Miller; and her close friend Tammy. She is also survived by grandchildren and six incredible great-grandchildren.
