She is survived by: her children, Sheila Hall (Jim) of Anna Maria, FL, Randy Wininger of Starke, FL and Mellane Crowe (Mike) of Danville, KY.; and her sisters, Mabel Warren of Lebanon, KY and Margaret Hawks of Phoenix, AZ.
