He is survived by: his wife Lillian Elam; his daughters, Bobbie Elam of Arcadia, Amber Elam of Charleston and Ashley Elam of Woodruff; and his grandchildren, Ja'Kwon Elam, Te'Yona Elam of Arcadia, Savannah Persaud, Chloe Persaud and Irie Jones of Woodruff.
