He was predeceased by: his father Mark Kuntz; his wife Shirleyanne Koontz; and his sisters, Leonore Kuntz and Gladys Mongilutz. He is survived by: his children, Heidi O'Leska (Joseph), Mark Koontz (Shelley) and Keith Koontz; and his brother Arnold Kuntz.
