With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Kline McGehee Daniels of Sarasota, Florida, who passed away on August 19, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Kline Shipp and Dr. Henry Martin McGehee; and her husband Col. Walter C. Daniels (Walt) of University's Wesley Foundation Chapel. She is survived by: her sons, Walter Lee (Jody) of Blacksburg, VA, John M. (JB Miller) of Sarasota, FL and Robert W. (Susan) of Palm Coast, FL; her grandsons, Graham (Jaclyn) of Floyd, VA, Cameron of Blacksburg, VA and Christopher (Meredith) of Keller, TX; and her great grandchildren, Florence of Keller, TX and Emerson of Floyd, VA..
