He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Milford Zehr, Sr. and Angeline Lajune Zehr (Knechtel); and his brother Faron. He is survived by: his children, Matthew Zehr, Jr. (Karline) and Elizabeth Zehr (Santiago Hernandez); his grandchildren, Lael, Josiah, Naomi, Vivian, Alexandra and George Henry; and his siblings, Sharlene Cole (Calvin), Karen Hoch (James), Lorraine Strough (Allen), Gerald Zehr, Jr. (Kelly), Martha Haskins (David), Timothy Zehr (Lori) and Chester Zehr (Gloria).
