He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis F. Henderson and Thelma Albea Henderson; his significant other Nancy Bilsland Henderson; and his brother Joseph D. Henderson. He is survived by: his children, Brian (Louise) and Lisa Acker (Rob); his grandchildren, Kay Gerhardinger (Joe), Glennis Henderson (Michael Lewis), Allison Henderson, Kristen Henderson (Piotr Bajda), Ian Acker, Calvin Acker, Wils Acker (Cristina Nevelits), Anna Gerhardinger, Mary Gerhardinger and William Gerhardinger; and his siblings-in-law, Susan Orr Henderson and Hank Bilsland (Marsha). He is also survived by several nephews, nieces.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the The-Fields Episcopal Church (1525 Mulberry St, Zionsville, IN 46077). A reception will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
