He is survived by: his siblings, Patrick Hubert (Janice) of Kansas City, MO, Gary Hubert (Sabrina) of Olathe, KS and Sandra Samuelsen (Clay) of Punta Gorda, FL.. He is also survived by cousins and several friends.
