She is survived by: her children, Lucille Forlano (Joseph Jr.), Grace Poncelet (Michael) and John Carriero (Christine); her grandchildren, Joseph Forlano I, David Forlano (Siu Lu), Tammy Jaramillo (Robert) and Sibylla Huffstutler (Alex); her great grandchildren, Zachary, Damon and Molly; and her siblings, Kenneth "Rusty" Wainwright, Ralph Wainwright, Betty Smith and Martha Pease.
