She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Major and Beatrice Major; and her siblings, Lawrence Major, Stanley Major and Birdie Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Beatricia White Butler, Tyron White and Ashley Marshall; and her siblings, Allen T Major, Lula Moore, Michelle Major and Glenda Lane. She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
