He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale Moreo and Bianca Amisano Moreo; and his brother Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Moreo; his sons, Andrew Moreo and Joseph Moreo; his daughters-in-law, Wendi DeCastroverde Moreo and Kalen Erickson Moreo; and his grandchildren, Delila Hedrick-Moreo, Evelyn Moreo, Peyton Hedrick-Moreo, Leah Hedrick-Moreo, Willem Moreo, Micah Moreo and Levi Moreo.

Memorial donations may be made to the scholarship fund that is being set up in Dr. Pat's name.
