He was predeceased by : his parents, Ann Lynch Waddell and John Waddell; and his siblings, Mary, John, Thomas, Francis and James. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Woodlawn Memory Gardens (101 58th St S, St. Petersburg, FL 33707).
