We are sad to announce that, on October 13, 2023, at the age of 89, Paul Monroe Ropp (Sarasota, Florida), born in Kalona, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Solomon Ropp and Vesta Ropp; and his siblings, Herman, John, Leroy, Emil, Wesley, Morris Ropp, Cleora Yoder, Anna Mae Miller, Cora Miller and Norma Nisly.

He is survived by: his wife Marlene Schrock; his children, Renee Yoder (Brian) of Sarasota, FL, Michelle Jensen (Keith) of Sarasota, FL and Stacey Ropp of Sarasota, FL; and his grandchildren, Joshua Jensen, Anikka Jensen, Jaedon Jensen, Kara Yoder, David Ropp, Jonathan Ropp, Hannah Ropp and Josiah Ropp.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Tidewell Hospice.
