He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony and Janet; and his sister Stephanie. He is survived by: his wife Marlene; his son Justin; his stepdaughter Jocelyn; his brothers, Michael, Matt and Steve; and his aunt Mary-Ellen.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Phil's memory may be made to Youth With A Mission - Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, a ministry close to his heart.
