She was predeceased by : her parents, Saturnina Mercado and Leonardo Torres. She is survived by : her husband Victor Custodio; her children, Merari Custodio, Maribel Cyman, Betsy Gerena (Misael), Maritza Custodio, Ruth Custodio (Alcides), Martinez and Raymond Custodio; and her sisters, Julia Torres and Lydia Torres. She is also survived by six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and one fur grandbaby.
