He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Veitch and Thelma Veitch; his wife Delores Veitch; his daughters, Patricia Osorio and Barbara Veitch; and his brother Robert Veitch.

He is survived by: his sons, Richard Veitch (Katherine) and Jeffrey Veitch (Rayanne); his grandchildren, Limber Osorio, Amanda Veitch, Abigail Veitch, Juleissy Vazquez (Jose), Richard Veitch, Jacob Veitch and Brian Veitch; and his great grandchildren, Daniela and Alexander Gonzalez.
