He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest J. Rua, Jr. and Rita Marie Canzone Rua; and his sibling Russell L. Rua. He is survived by: his wife Debra Ann Rua; and his children, Christine Rua Harper, Daniel Rua and Robert Rua. He is also survived by his colleagues, friends and family.
