He was predeceased by: his daughter Kelly McElmon; his great grandchild Alexander Himebaugh; and his sons, Richard "Rick" W. Savage and Gary T. Savage. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Savage; his children, Craig Savage and Sheri Wells (Forrest); his grandchildren, Andrea Himebaugh (Jeremy), Allison Vicino (Chaz), Renee McGrath (Dave), Richard Savage (Elizabeth), Thomas Savage (Rachel), Randy Savage and Forrest Wells IV; and his great grandchildren, Oliver, Huxley McGrath, Anna, Ray Vicino, Evalyn Himebaugh, Brooke, Grady Savage, William and Emma Savage.
