With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Dean Comstock of Sarasota, Florida, who passed away on April 20, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Comstock and Harriett Comstock; his siblings, Catherine "Katy" Hall, Gordon and Howard; and his wife Barbara Louise Wilken Buretz.

He is survived by: his siblings, David, Allen and Sandy Browning; his sons, John (Marti), Steve and Gary; his former wife Joan Kirby; and his children, Steven, Lynn, Tommy, Kathie and Martha Buretz. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
