He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Harper and Cleo McClure Harper; and his sisters, Dolores Ann Harper and Dolores Harper Bell. He is survived by: his daughters, Sherry Harper Salas, Kathy Cacciatore (David) and Julie Harper-Smith (Robert). He is also survived by four granddaughters; one grandson; two great granddaughters; two great grandsons; and several nieces and nephews.
