Robert Hulvat Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Hulvat of Sarasota, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 15, 2026 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hulvat and Pauline Hulvat; and his former wife Delores Chernansky Hulvat. He is survived by: his sister Beverly Mohr (Mike) of Georgia; his wife Sandy; his children, Debbie Hulvat Spiewak (Bruce), Ryan Hulvat (Dawn) and Jennifer Hulvat; and his stepchildren, Billy Gamble (Liebe), Karen Gamble and Amie Gamble Hiltbrand (Rod). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 30th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Martha Catholic Church (200 N Orange Ave, Sarasota, FL 34236).
In lieu of flowers, Bob requested that donations be made to Dogs Ink, St. Martha's Catholic Church, or a charity of your choice.
