He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Leys and Anita De Leys (Gordon). He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline; and his siblings, Nancy Drew (Wayne), Philip De Leys (Susan) and Gordon De Leys. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
