He was predeceased by: his mother Paula Jean Howard; his siblings, Rajeana Lynn Howard, Rocky Howard and Rory Howard; and his nephews, Joshua D. Howard and Rory Michael Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca; his daughters, Kelsey Howard of Portsmouth and April Howard of Portsmouth; his grandchildren, Kaylee, Gage and Lucas; his father Richard Howard; his stepmother Sherry Howard of South Carolina; and his siblings, Ron (Vicky Howard), Richard Howard of South Carolina and Raynella Bailey of Portsmouth. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
