She was predeceased by: her father Lewis Amos Underwood. She is survived by: her daughters, Erica Jarvis and Tara Jarvis-Stevens; her son-in-law Chris Stevens; her grandchildren, Ava, Michael and Michelle; her brother Jeff Underwood; and her sister-in-law Cyndie Underwood.
