He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marvin Peterson, Sr. and Millie Peterson; his brother Johnnie Steen; his wife Twanita Peterson; his children, Tekeya, Takira, Akira, Lajavelin and Stanley Jr. (Chris); his stepchildren, Quasey Brown, Kevin Jackson Jr. (Maddie), Cedric Jackson and Jayquan Singleton (Sharkiya); his grandchildren, Nahaley Matthews, Aria Matthews, Amira Peterson and Ryder Peterson; his siblings, Sharon Peterson-Townsend, Ricky Peterson (Andrea), Marvin Peterson Jr. (Tracy) and Arthur Larkins (Linda); his cousin Anthony Williams; and his great-niece Wynter Higdon "Tugga".
