With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Colgate of Sarasota, Florida, born in Canon City, Colorado, who passed away on March 19, 2023 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thomas Colgate to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his son Gary Colgate; his sister Susie Hill; and his parents, Mary Colgate (O'Hanlon) and Robert Colgate. He is survived by: his sons, Ken Colgate (Kristy) of Grafton, MA, Bill Colgate of Sarasota, FL and Bob Colgate (Sarah Wong) of Carmel, IN; his grandchildren, Samantha, Michael, Millie Colgate, Jamie Brichner, Taylor and Morgan Colgate; his great grandchild Grayson Brichner; his siblings, John Colgate (Liz), Jerry Colgate (Carol), Paul Colgate (Patty) and Grace Williams; his former wife Jodi Colgate (Lauer); his daughter-in-law Elizabeth Curtis; and his friends, Margaret Crouse and Jay Eliason. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
